— Implementation of new property management software to provide greater control over reservations, online activity, occupancy, and housekeeping status
— Partnership with corporate auditors in establishing key relationships with the board of directors and homeowners’ association as well as generating annual reports
— Conceptualization of advertising campaigns including organization’s website administration, flyer design, and ad copy development to boost operating profit and long-term offseason sales
— Steering of efforts in enforcing a new staff uniform policy and developing an employee handbook that ensured consistent organizational operations in alignment with human resources policies
— Creation and institution of new organizational policies, which included acquiring new rental agreements for the rental operations program; facilitating summer kid’s activities program; and implementing pool pass system for increased security
— Driving force in reducing dissatisfaction discounts from 52% to 10% of all discounts issued in a one-year period through execution of tier system necessary to incentivize owners in updating units, consequently increasing rental frequencies and promoting repeat business
