Nov. 2015 - Dec. 2020Greater New York City AreaAt ePromos, I worked with a skilled, 15-member team of Account Executives managing projects for a diverse portfolio of 25+ strategic accounts that included clients such as the Ocean Conservancy, National Geographic, Rainforest Alliance, Time Magazine, Verizon, Godiva, and many more. ★ Managed and developed the internal sales team, which consisted of nine sales executives who handled internal account sales, trade show operations, and national and key account management. ★ Created a series of assets highlighting Ocean Conservancy’s annual Coastal Domestic and International Cleanup, with over 8.7M people involved across 152 countries. ★ Developed inside sales strategies, trained sales staff, and helped create methods of outreach in the European market. ★ Executed critical changes to customer SLAs to deliver consistent, measurable, and quality assets, which saw Net Promoter Scores (NPS) go from 57 to 71. ★ Coordinated with the production and sourcing team overseas to determine the optimal product selection for international markets. ★ Delivered key promotional collateral for National Geographic’s national educational events. ★ Maintained all client calendars, kept detailed notes on intake and client pitch calls, handled distributing to the team, and saved information in databases. ★ Analyzed data to measure engagement and KPIs for email, digital, and product campaigns and launched future data-driven initiatives. ★ Advised clients on their creative briefs, including budgets, timeframes, and approaches, to ensure they were optimized for success. Presented strategic business reviews based on market and end-user impact to senior internal and external stakeholders. ★ Collaborated cross-functionally with strategy, creative, account, and production teams. ★ Directed, reviewed, and ensured the sales team’s pipeline met or exceeded revenue goals.
