Clyde Munro Dental Group is a leading dental care provider in Scotland, specializing in a wide range of dental services. As the Clinical Recruitment Manager, I am responsible for marketing, sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top-tier dental professionals for the company. The current dental industry is highly competitive, necessitating strategic recruitment approaches from the UK and Internationally to attract the best talents. My role is crucial in ensuring the company maintains its high standards of service delivery by employing highly skilled and experienced professionals. My work involves not only hiring but also maintaining a conducive work environment for career growth and development, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the Group. I also have experience of events and tourism having been the marketing manager for a short break company producing a quarterly magazine for approximately 300,000 subscribers which involved creating enticing holiday packages, copy reading and editing content prior to distribution. I owned my own Scottish Events Company creating events both for clients and some which we owned including outdoor festivals, fashion shows, charity events such as abseils and charity balls and managing social media campaigns for clients.
