The role also involved working with a wide variety of clinical system providers to promote integration between solutions via HL7 messaging services. In addition, this role involved: * Performed the business analysis, project management and implementation required to implement the companies software offering into a large multi site mental health trust. This implementation was the first of its kind an took 18 months to complete across 160 locations. Full budget and stakeholder management were essential parts of this role. * Worked with third parties and development teams to create integrations across the NHS allowing for increased patient safety and operational efficiency. Led development workshops to produce integration specs then worked with HL7, Blue Prism and RPA technologies to implement. * Successfully performed the business analysis required to digitise a significant number of paper based nursing assessments. Led the development team to develop mobile based applications and then implemented across complex clinical environments. * Analysed complex clinical reporting requirements to implement clinical coordinator centers within several key NHS locations.
