My work for Hospeida was heavily focused on business analysis allowing me to interoperate and document complex clinical processes to a level at which they can be successfully communicated and developed into fit for purpose solutions. The role also involved working with a wide variety of clinical system providers to promote integration between solutions via HL7 messaging services. In addition, this role involved: * Performed the business analysis, project management and implementation required to implement the companies software offering into a large multi site mental health trust. This implementation was the first of its kind an took 18 months to complete across 160 locations. Full budget and stakeholder management were essential parts of this role. * Worked with third parties and development teams to create integrations across the NHS allowing for increased patient safety and operational efficiency. Led development workshops to produce integration specs then worked with HL7, Blue Prism and RPA technologies to implement. * Successfully performed the business analysis required to digitise a significant number of paper based nursing assessments. Led the development team to develop mobile based applications and then implemented across complex clinical environments. * Analysed complex clinical reporting requirements to implement clinical coordinator centers within several key NHS locations.

This role involved implementing Health Roster, Bank Staff Management systems (BSMS) and integrations between temporary staffing providers within Allocates portfolio of Healthcare, Military and Shipping clients. Responsible for the ongoing project management of the development of integration and messaging systems and project managing overseas development teams to deliver client funded functionality. This role required an in depth knowledge of the Health Roster, Health Assure and BSMS application suites and associated implementation methodologies. During my time with Allocate I: * Managed the entire Agile process end to end with overseas and domestic development teams to deliver against a key clients roadmap. * Managed over 20 end to end implementations within various NHS trusts across the UK. Large aspects of this role revolved around the reporting of information drawn from the trusts extensive data warehouse to the CQC, Monitor or Trust Board. The position involved working through the implementation and support of new software packages into an organisation consisting of 3500 employees. * Led with the analysis support for generating the trusts statutory quality reports collecting and analysing data from a huge variety of sources such as GP's, Dentists and Hospitals. * Implemented analytics platforms from third parties, providing end user support and training for a significant number of staff over a period of 12 months. * Gained significant experience in project governance gaining my PRINCE 2 qualification in the birth place of the methodology.

This role also carried the following responsibilities: *Line management of hospitals reception teams. * Day to day capacity management of a complex clinical environment, leasing with multiple external agencies, managing patients and carers and ensuring valuable theater time was not wasted. *Theater stock management leasing with third party EBME, Pharmaceutical and Private care providers to ensure vital equipment was always available. *Managing complex stakeholders with a highly pressured environment including senior Surgeons and Anesthetists.
