- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and catering for company meetings
- Submit and reconcile expense reports on a monthly basis
- Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Book all Business and Personal travel (domestic and international) - Designed and implemented monthly company newsletter from culture team and quarterly newsletter from the President
- Handle personal matters such as personal expenses, home maintenance, family travel, family birthdays, home shopping, paid and manage vendors, appointments, car maintenance, etc.
- Uphold strict confidentiality on all company and personal matters related to the President or CEO. Operations Coordinator
- Travel - Create and manage company travel policy, negotiate rates and oversee travel agency, act as "go to", "fixer", "problem solver" for a company of 260 as it relates to travel questions and needs
- Manage office operations by reviewing and approving supply requisitions
- Oversee office openings and design alongside Manager of Operations
- Act as "answer finder" for employees - Manage company gifting initiatives
- Work with Marketing Team/HR Team in the planning of the Company Retreat and the Client Summit annually with attendees of 100-500 people remotely
