• Review all invoices and approve costs for the Americas, including annual budget process
• Manage Payroll for the Americas, including Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil and the US. The
includes systems, audits, reviewing and approving weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Comprising a Payroll strategy for the globe to ensure consistency of information and proper governance is compiled with in all countries, even those outside of the US.
• Reviewing and aligning the HRIS and Payroll systems to have one source of record for data instead of 7.
• Responsible for all HR data analytics for the Americas and partner to the Global team
• Responsible for all the HRIS maintenance, updates, troubleshooting and general questions.
• Responsible for implementing new SOPs for a harmonized company versus operating in 3 different entity
structure
• Responsible for all HR Compliance – EEO, AAP, VETS100, OSHA, and all BLS
• Reviewing and updating compensation strategy for all Americas.
• Ensuring proper compensation data is being used for each area within the region
• Responsible for reviewing approving the leave of absence requests, including ADA and require accommodations
• Responsible for Covid protocol, pay and leaves as well as any requirements in regards to the different mandates
• Working on numerous projects in conjunction with other members of the HR team
• Manage and lead a team of 12 to 15 individuals – mostly sitting in the US and Mexico (SSC
