Hey there! 👋 I'm Blanca, a passionate Videographer and Cinematographer currently crafting visual stories at Aiimi. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Film and TV Studies and Theatre (2.1), I thrive on expanding my horizons in cinematography and photography. 📹 Experience Highlights: Currently, I'm deeply immersed in various projects as a Videographer and independently wear hats as a Director of Photography, camera operator, and creator. Previously, I honed my skills as a Camera Trainee alongside Kelvin Murray for Brothers Cider. Additionally, I was a Film and Video Assistant at Brunel University, working with diverse editing tools like Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Filmora9, and Da Vinci Resolve. Independently, I've left my mark on three different short films (2019/20) as a Camera Operator and Director of Photography. 🌟 What Sets Me Apart: Beyond the lens, I'm deeply involved as a Lead in Aiimi's EDI initiatives, championing diversity and inclusion within. Passionate about both performing and producing content. Adaptable and eager to contribute to creative arts initiatives with my design skills.

I collaborate with designers, copywriters, social media managers and other roles in the company to achieve the best result for our content. I am co-lead of Aiimi Includes, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative in the company. I manage projects, organise the team, ideas, events and research.
