growing it from 1-5 employees, at the same time as growing the user base from 0 to
over 600 users, tackling all challenges that comes with such a growth journey. In my role as team leader and product owner for the support department I get to work with both
hard, and soft values. Coaching my co-workers and also deep diving in statistics and BI,
to help form data driven and concious decisions regarding our products and offers. In
this role I’ve also been responsible for implementing our new CRM system. This process
let me evaluate, test and rank several different CRM systems and choosing the one
most suitable for our organization, followed by the implementation and education in
the organization.
