-Created three-year Strategic Plan Budgets and presented to executive committee in Paris. -Spearheaded the opening of two new country subsidiaries and turned a franchise store into a directly operated store: Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, which required the implementing of buyback negotiations for the cleansing of the wholesale market in Kazakhstan. -Established a highly effective best practice: a four-day Fur Trunk Show which grew to 1.6M Euro/event. Subsequently Dior rolled out the concept globally with commercial success.
