Directed large-scale innovative projects for service management up to 10,000 hours and $10M using PMI and Agile methodologies successfully delivering 99% of projects on time and within budget. Pfizer 19-4 Consolidated all Pfizer global Datacenters into 4 centralized Datacenters. Converted to private cloud for prod and public/private hybrid for test and dev. leveraged SDN and VMWare virtualization. Led 12 project managers and 80 engineers covering infrastructure build out, p2v, WAN, DMZ, web tier, database, and app development. Reduced datacenter footprint over 70% freeing real estate and utilities, saving more than $100 million. Web App Update Created application hosting policies and DNS architecture to simplify application rollout. Managed rollouts using Agile/SDLC creating a continuous rollout process. Oversaw multiple migrations including Exchange 365 and SharePoint & Microsoft 365 to Azure, IIS, Apache, and Websters to orchestrate 0 delay application hosting. Reduced application provisioning and go-live time from 10 days to same day, automated web-hosting with hosting portal, reduced engineering hours on hosting by 70% or appx $20 million.
