I established trust and rapport to foster long-lasting and fruitful relationships in the veterinary community. I was responsible for facilitating negotiations, contracts and deal closings with hospitals joining the organization in combination with VP, performing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and was instrumental and consistently sought after to ensure key territories were not left behind. I also led cross-functional teams, driving sales operations, business development initiatives, and bolstering customer service and satisfaction, and cultivated relationships with clients, partners, owners, brokers, and qualifying targets to originate acquisition opportunities across multiple states nationwide. ➥ Drove the purchase of 22+ hospitals, close to $9M in revenue. ➥ Pioneered an additional project, prospecting smaller hospitals not typically approached, and created an internal team of 5 people, canvasing for small hospitals for additional purchasing opportunities. ➥ Bolstered company reputation and expanded its footprint through authenticity and warmth that led to fast, deep seller and colleague connections. ➥ Demonstrated innate talent for closing deals with vast array of clients, particularly with outliers wherein tremendous untapped value remained.
