(CycleBar, Rumble, Club Pilates and Stretch Lab) • Customer Experience: Focusing on providing consistent and positive experiences for all new and recurring gym members. • Safety Protocols: Implementing and enforcing safety guidelines accordingly to local standards. • Budget Management: Working within budget constraints, forecasting sales and expenses for the year, adjusting budgets and expenses monthly. Preparing commission and over time sheets for all Instructors and staff monthly. • Collaboration: Coordinating with the Marketing Team weekly on social calendars, social media posts, promotions and launch campaigns to boost sales and to maximize ways of generating income for each brand in the Market.
