One of my direct reports, a senior writer, prepares these personalized letters in addition to a wide range of high-level stewardship materials including professorship appointment letters and acknowledgements from senior university leaders. Discovered and led the implementation of Yale’s first digital reporting platform. Qwilr enables the university to streamline electronic reporting through the creation of dynamic, interactive, and mobile-responsive webpages, while also allowing the team to track report metrics—another milestone Yale donor relations. Administered editing for 1,500 impact reports annually, and supervised the research, drafting, and mailing of personalized and timely reports to donors on endowed and current use funds.
