Jan. 2019 - Sep. 2021Administered on-time donor reporting through the collection of student information via web-based survey, drafting of student and faculty member profiles, and efficient editing and fact-checking of financial information. Acquired oversight of the presidential acknowledgement program, which produces over 1,200 letters annually for gifts of $25,000 or more to Yale. Created a database that serves as a letter status workflow, timeliness report (the aim is to mail letters within thirty days of gift receipt), and letter language frequency tracker. One of my direct reports, a senior writer, prepares these personalized letters in addition to a wide range of high-level stewardship materials including professorship appointment letters and acknowledgements from senior university leaders. Discovered and led the implementation of Yale’s first digital reporting platform. Qwilr enables the university to streamline electronic reporting through the creation of dynamic, interactive, and mobile-responsive webpages, while also allowing the team to track report metrics—another milestone Yale donor relations. Administered editing for 1,500 impact reports annually, and supervised the research, drafting, and mailing of personalized and timely reports to donors on endowed and current use funds.
