Aug. 2022Bruxelles• Create assessment panels for all candidates within strict deadlines and in line with our rules and policies
• Ensure assessors, auditors, and other involved members have the necessary information to deliver high-standard assessments
• Process assessment results with 100% accuracy
• Support trainees and candidates, as needed, with any assessment process/requirement queries
• Analyze candidate and assessor data to provide early detection of issues (e.g., shortage of assessors)
• Collate and analyze statistics post-assessment to uncover trends, issues, and to support ongoing year-on-year tracking and forward planning
• Book ad-hoc assessments, securing assessors and suitable assessment venues within budget
• Use negotiation skills to overcome mis-matches, backfill drop-outs/deferrals, and ensure all planned assessments can take place
• Proactively identify and escalate issues of concern
• Acquire ‘expert’ knowledge of assessment delivery processes
• Proactively support external stakeholders such as corporate firms, training providers, candidates, and assessors
