I created the Digital Department, bringing in a Web Designer and a Social Media Manager, adding to the Email Marketing Manager and Email Marketing Assistant. I led the rebuild of all websites in the portfolio, including 6 magazines, 3 tradeshows, 2 awards, 1 conference, 1 publishing event, 2 directories and 2 satellite events. The events websites have been relaunched twice under my supervision. This included CX optimization, content strategy, responsive design, SEO, creation of new ad inventory and support to the editorial department for digital journalism best practices. Websites are now fully Google-ready and the magazines have peaks of 6 minutes of time spent all across. During this whole process I was both managing the project, leading the resources and working hands-on. I led the complete renovation of the email marketing process, from segmentation to design to implementation, resulting in a complete new approach to email design, which is now responsive. I was the internal digital consultant to the project manager (Operations Director) for the adoption of an Enterprise Solution, called Affino, unifying CRM, CMS, data warehousing, Print Production, Automation, Sales and Finance tools in one cloud platform. I was controlling the end-to-end experience for all the 8 different departments using the platform. I created the online engagement strategy, advocating social media activities, hiring a social media manager and generating results. Doing digital analysis, creating extensive sets of reports, including different levels of analytics including content, traffic, technology, behavior. I provided digital insight to the Events department. They use different third party platform to manage Registration, Floorplans, Exhibitors Manual, Website, Schedule, Meetings and Matchmaking. This included E-mail Marketing, Landing Pages, CRO, PPC, Programmatic, Direct, Social Media and Content Strategies.
