Oct. 2017 - Dec. 2020Madrid Area, SpainAs UI Lead I am in charge of the design team, our main tasks included, user research, persona creation, ideation and concept along with designers, clients, QA and PMs, sketching and wireframing to test-drive ideas and iterate quickly in the early stages of the projects, user testing with agile scrum methodology, task creation to test the UX flow and interaction, design and functional prototyping with sketch, figma and Invision and finally implementation of the templates for multiple frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue and EmberJS.We also worked on the creation/maintenance of the Omnivise style guide, including a shared library of assets and a comprehensive set of directions on how to write text (writing styles), best practices and shared components. All of this was a significant improvement to the whole department, we achieved a much more solid state for all the suite apps, we achieved design harmonization, and most importantly a user-centered approach to all the design process was implemented including service design and design thinking methodologies, all of this allowed the company to increase the benefits and subscriptions from this suite of app on more than a 32%, happy clients with more intuitive and easy to understand UIs.

I'm in charge of creating and evolving the design system, helping on defining all the components from typography, color palette, UI elements and helping on composing the relevant elements for fit complex UI's.
