Drafted all regulatory policy documents and procedural framework specific to requirements outlined by FDIC Insured Bank Sponsor Partnership. Reviews all mediums of Lending/Merchant Payment Services marketing materials (direct mail, web, television/radio commercials, etc.) and ensures compliance with regulatory marketing guidance, specifically UDAP, ECOA, and Fair Lending. Formalized reporting is submitted quarterly to the Compliance Committee. Conducted Regulatory Risk Assessment and developed subsequent annual monitoring and testing schedule based upon conclusions. Remained abreast of federal and state specific regulations, codes, and laws. Disseminated information to applicable constituents and staff members. Responsible for compliance relationship with Bank Sponsor Partner; SAR and complaint reporting. Oversee Audits/Exams by investors and regulatory entity; responsible for gathering all Request For Information (RFI); fielding all questions and ensuring remediation for exceptions/violations are corrected. Designed, constructed, and implemented Enterprise Compliance Committee. Compliance Committee responsibilities include disseminating pertinent compliance related information to fellow members of the committee; subject matter is relevant to overall compliance program maintenance, inclusive of, audits, both external and internal, risk assessment, gap and trend analysis of monitoring activity, and the tracking of state/federal lending commercial regulations and legal industry related activity.
