The main role is to grow the company by launching series of new products either by entering existing or adjacent categories. The launch itself has to go through series of phases from pre-launch, launch and post-launch analysis covering in-depth qualitative-quantitative research and business size & profitability analysis. Result: As the project leader, I successfully launched 2 new products in 2 different product categories: Grown Up Milk & Family Powder Milk Oct 2013: Launched (Revived) a brand in Grown Up Milk (1+ and 3+ y.o.) category (Vitalac) with integrated launch support involving viral phase, press release, TVC, print media, social media and nationwide activation. Nov 2013: Launched a brand extension product in Family Powder Milk (6+ y.o.) category (Milkuat EnerG) with support in digital media, TVC and nationwide activation.
