-Oversees project phases from ideation to closure and promoting a culture of excellence in project and change management practices
-Assists Program Managers on large-scale strategic initiatives, like Greenfield Projects or Mergers & Acquisitions, ensuring compliance with the company’s Project Management Framework and success metrics
-Provides leadership in building the organization's project and change management capabilities through training and coaching
-Responsible for creating, improving, and conducting training courses and coaching for stakeholders
