Achievements thus far: • Rapidly scaled headcount from circa 350 to 1000+ employees in 2018. 901 roles filled from graduate to C-Level with 637 new starters. The spectacular growth resulted in a £500million buyout from the American global investment firm KKR & Co. Inc • Created talent strategy to ensure success - Hired and manage talented team of 12 in UK & EMEA • Team achieved 114% against 4 x annual KPI targets • Average Cost Per Hire (CPH) < £1,400 GBP • Selection & Implementation of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Designed & launched version 1 of the careers site (*v2 already underway) - https://careers.hyperoptic.com/jobs/ • 57% of current employees joined in the last 12 months.
