The Corporate Marketing Communication Manager role at Code is equivalent to a Director/VP of Marketing, or Global Creative Directors outside of Code. I play a critical role on the senior leadership in advancing efforts to be a customer-focused organization, providing solutions to our Resellers/Distributors and End-Users. I lead efforts to identify, understand, & translate the voice of our customer populations into actions that drive growth. - B2B Technology Marketing, Demand and Revenue Generation leadership
- Marketing strategy of all Code brands & messaging for multi-channel marketing. - Art & Creative Direction
- Ensure work is on-brand, consistent, & effective
- Lead creative & technical professionals, locally & remotely
- Hands-on creative & developer as needed.
- Lead other senior leaders on strategy, goals, & campaigns
- Balance vision & business acumen, delivering work that is both creatively impactful & strategically sound.
- Manage & prioritize all requests for marketing creative to produce high-performing content while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure continual improvement via A/B testing of creative work & generated content. - Optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Oversee creative & tactical direction of all external agency partnerships.
- Influence consistent use of brand assets globally, both internally & externally - Guide, teach & mentor marketing team.
