Nov. 2003 - Jan. 2013I had the privilege of heading a department of animators, designers and web developers, managing and directing their day-to-day creation process, while also often being hands-on over many aspects of projects of very high profile projects. I also managed up to five teams of contractors at one time, handling many aspects of the relationships, including asset delivery, creative direction, billing, and others. Some notable brands for which I applied my skills during this period include Disney, Time Warner, SeaWorld, Dollywood, Animal Planet, Busch Gardens, Jack Hanna, and many others. - Motion graphics and animation concept, direction and execution
- Social media and online strategy creation and implementation

- Interactive development assessment, planning and supervision
- Online advertising creative, management and reporting Notable Achievements: - Generated one client $250,000 in revenue in the first week upon launching an interactive branded experience. The client considered this experience to be so successful, that they have been utilizing it for five years straight.
- Developed awareness campaigns that have produced record-breaking attendance and ticket-sales results for two of the major players in the theme-park industry.
- Created the very first multi-language social game sponsored by the US government on the topic of climate change.
