Together with the external sales representative, ensure the customer and TDW’s project objectives are accomplished satisfactorily on time and within budget
Make regular visits to the project job site and customer site to ensure customer satisfaction and field work is running to plan
Maintain and present regular status reports to customer and management team
Manage subcontractors ensuring they meet established quality standards and minimum qualifications
Ensure customer invoices are correct and in line with the contract and presented in a timely manner
Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of customer pipeline projects, including project costs, specifications, change orders, equipment procurement, safety, and timely project execution. Analyze the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide customers and the organization to the best solution for the situation
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
