Collaborate with global team of 200 plus including working flexible hours to accommodate international time differences to ensure maximum efficiency in responding to International requests. • Prepare presentations for SVP and team - focus on synthesizing and analyzing content, formatting and attention to detail. • Able to prepare and maintain information in Excel . Manage team SharePoint site including all file maintenance and monitoring access. • Answer telephone calls to the executive, greets visitors with appointments, and provides information and assistance. • Place outgoing calls on behalf of the executive to request information or to contact appropriate official for the executive. • Schedule appointments for the executive and assures that appropriate materials are available for meetings. • Maintain master calendar events and daily log of activities in order to effectively arrange meetings, appointments, travel schedules and details related to special events. • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and minutes of meetings. • Make arrangements for travel, conferences, off-site meetings, and other events. • Prepare correspondence and other written materials from dictation, verbal direction, soft copy, or from knowledge of company policy or procedures. • Compile and distribute reports and other documents. • Files correspondence and other records or forward documents for storage. • Coordinate or direct the work of secretarial or clerical staff assigned to the office. • Provide other related administrative support of sensitive and confidential nature. • Assisted with international relocation and planning for SVP and Family
