Worked with the executive team to craft and execute the annual marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and accelerating new business submissions. Managed all brand assets, digital marketing platforms, and communication channels on behalf of the company. Developed and managed a marketing budget of $200,000+ in support of new business strategy and objectives. Oversaw distribution, which included contract negotiation, completing necessary compliance requirements, onboarding, and development of reporting for client relationships. Managed one full time team member and three contractors to support the team’s marketing initiatives nationwide. Key Accomplishments:
• Develop go-to-market strategies and execute on each for 14 product lines in less than two years, which helped to generate $16 million in revenue by the end of year two.
• Develop website, content, and social media channels on behalf of the company. Unique website visits were over 1000 per month by end of 2023 and our LinkedIn page had grown organically to 2000 followers with no paid advertising or promotions in a 12-month period.
• Managed and implemented event strategies, including our event at WSIA (largest wholesale conference in the US), which was correlated with taking our new business submissions from approximately 700 monthly to over 1200 monthly by Q4 of 2023.
