• Incorporated issue management system, creating a backlog of requests, and educated engineers and stakeholders on the process later adapted to include QA and Product Teams • Implemented scrum methods organization-wide, defining structure and process for feature requests outside of Engineering and the workflow of feature development within Engineering
• Liaised between Product and Engineering, determining project goals, timelines, workflow, and resources needed to achieve targets, ultimately empowering independent music labels to monetize digital content • Oversaw technical integration of overseas acquisition, Uploader, including orchestrating a full merge of company’s record catalog and financial history and informing external partners on technical implications of the acquisition • Designed release process and managed all code releases, including web, database, and infrastructure. Developed repeatable processes and risk mitigation in addition to defining rollback scenarios and day-of execution for 30+ major pushes.
• Successfully integrated 80+ retail and promotional music outlets into IODA’s system
• Led shared deal implementation process for Business Development and Engineering, enhancing deal throughput and accuracy of execution
• Performed data migration from Squish to JIRA, producing documentation and trainings for users
• Represented IODA at DDEX plenaries, ensuring IODA remained a key player in informing industry standards
