On the role of Global Starter Material Scheduler my main tasks were: • Ensure reliable supply of vegetative starter material for Global Vegetative Flowers, meeting quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain operational supply model.
• Develop Elite materials planning based on IBP requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on materials plan, sourcing from Elite farms and labs, managing stock levels and QUOTIF goals.
• Support Crop Planners in improving workflows.
• Liaise with local and global logistic teams.
• Coordinate daily with external Flower Market customers for supply arrangements.
• Work closely with production sites to ensure plant availability for scaling and external supply.
• Influence internal and external teams ensuring quality, production and logistics standards were met.
