Based on the onsite diligence, assisted CEO in the draft of the proposal to our Board to approve funding for the acquisition. Led change management and consolidation projects to eliminate duplicity and inspire collaboration between the two firms. ▪ Instituted a proactive operations mindset based on the 4 Disciplines of Execution principles. Direct report for three senior managers who had responsibility for training, implementation, business development, contract deliverables and quality assurance for their team. Bright Idea. ▪ State Sales Representative. Responsible for sales in 26 states and territories. Led sales presentations, managed full sales cycle from prospect to implementation, served as the account manager after close to foster relationship to a renewal. Closed $300K+ in sales annually. ▪ Cultivated relationships with Army National Guard State Marketing Directors which led to revenue growth via creating a new revenue stream. Previously only had national relationships with the National Guard Bureau and this allowed us to sell our solution direct to state marketing offices which have shorter sales cycles.
