• Directed financials, consistently returning more than 10% GP in 2012/2013 against KPI target of 5%.
• Improved profitability, driving increase in sales by more than 5% annually and spend per head by more than 5% and reducing Agency staff to 1% of total labour cost.
• Led launch of bespoke hospitality and events menu offer for Baker and McKenzie, resulting in increase of more than 8% in hospitality sales.
• Managed site budgets and financial reporting including monthly amd annual presentations to clients and setting new budgets, ensuring client budget targets and Elior KPIs were achieved. • Collaborated with various Baker & McKenzie departments such as interaction and marketing, reception, maintenance, cleaning contractors, and facilities management to achieve business objectives.
