Mar. 2020 - Mar. 2022Assisted leading a large-scale program of work, successfully migrating and consolidating 10 websites into a unified platform, encompassing approximately 80,000 items of content. - Effectively managed the day-to-day operations of the program, overseeing a diverse team of up to 40, including permanent colleagues, agency personnel, and freelancers. - Orchestrated the procurement and implementation of a new helpdesk tool, resulting in a transformative impact on the team's daily operations. This initiative significantly improved response times, streamlined workload management, and eliminated the need for expanding the team's headcount. - Successfully procured and implemented an enterprise-level planning tool across a function of 150 individuals, spanning multiple teams throughout the organization. This implementation enhanced coordination and collaboration, leading to improved efficiency and productivity. Through my role as the Technical Project Manager, I played a pivotal part in driving the seamless consolidation of multiple websites, optimising operations, and transforming the team's capabilities. By spearheading the procurement and implementation of strategic tools, I helped enhance response times, improve workload management, and foster collaboration across a function of 150 individuals.
