Senior Negotiator – major contracts – GE, Steinmuller, etc. as well as assisting with Labour Disputes. Involved in establishing small businesses and assisted in putting business and strategic plans together for the ex employees. Established a unique and highly successful mentor program - splitting responsibilities between that of the Coach, Teacher, Sponsor and Devil’s Advocate. Instrumental in the development and introduction of the Eskom Leadership Development Program - Managers Challenge - 1991. Instrumental in the development of an Engineer as well as Graduate in Training Programs. Management responsibility Generation – Direct Team of > 12 and Indirect 4 000 employees.
