In the dynamic realm of fuel sales, I actively engage in ad hoc transactions with agility and strategic acumen to capitalize on market opportunities. My expertise in negotiating deal structures and preparing investment financial models is instrumental in crafting compelling investment proposals. This critical function enables us to secure valuable opportunities and drive forward our expansion objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers is at the heart of my role. Through effective communication and relentless pursuit of excellence, I ensure that these partnerships are not only sustained but also flourish, contributing significantly to our business’s success. My responsibilities also extend to the preparation of presentations and reports for management meetings, ensuring that key stakeholders are well-informed of our progress and strategic direction. I negotiate terms of agreements with landlords and Fuel Retailers, draft comprehensive agreements, and manage ongoing relationships with these essential partners. Conducting business due diligence and preparing business valuations are integral to my role, ensuring that every venture we embark on is thoroughly vetted and aligned with our long-term strategic goals. I also oversee the development of fuel sites, managing all aspects from inception to completion.
