Administrative Specialist🗿 HRHR Generalist

Extensive experience in HR at a major telecommunications company, Cyta, with a strong skill set and a dee[ knowledge of processes, practices and systems. Throughout the 20 years career in HR, I have embraced various roles and immersed myself in diverse projects and responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism, including budgeting, conducting interviews, recruitment, assessment centres, implementing flexible working practices and many other projects - all utilizing the appropriate software tools. In my most recent role for the last 4 years, I've been at the forefront of customer service, leading a team of around 100 employees. My responsibilities included onboarding, conducting assessments, organizing training sessions, performance reviews and allocation of bonus, and overall management of the department. To be able to succeed in this role, I had to draw on my previous expertise, learn new systems and skills, foster strong relationships, and quickly adapt to new situations—whether that's managing a diverse workforce or using various software platforms to track employee performance and development.
