TBI Roadmap program had been put in place to deliver the new format Telstra invoice to wholesale and commercial customers and required integration between legacy Telstra systems such as MICA and Flexcab with a new agile developed application called RIFDI. During the engagement, the program implemented two major releases with planning put in place for a following three releases during 2012. The program was also involved in supporting business activities leading up to commercial launch of the invoice in July. When I came on board the program was running six months behind and $2.5M over budget. During my tenure, I was instrumental in reviewing and implementing key areas for improvement within the program to ensure delivery timeframes were met and reductions in budget were achieved.
