- Expanded into Artificial Intelligence services (such as Nepali Text to Speech, Chatbot, Nepali Speech Recognition services) to enable businesses in Nepal with automation. - Defined and iterated on the sales narrative/strategy for robots from Paaila and AI solutions which enabled closing deals with clients like National museums (BP Koirala Memorial Planetarium Observatory) and International Airport (Tribhuvan International Airport, Nepal).
- Regularly led brainstorming sessions with the team using the UXR findings and client feedback to source innovative ideas for the roadmap. Eg. Collaborative feedback sessions with SBI bank employees (one of the first adopters of Pari 1.0) and user survey results inspired the development of Pari 2.0 which was powered with features like face recognition, query answering, automatic docking system and autonomous navigation.
- Launched Naulo, Nepal’s first AI infused robot fully operated restaurant, with the goal to live demonstrate Paaila’s prototypes/solutions (AFP Nepal's first robot waiter ready for orders | Euronews: Nepal's digital restaurant where guests are served by robots | India Today: Made in Nepal robots are serving food | Indian Express: In a first for Nepal, robots serve food).
- Internally developed processes across multiple functions (eg. managing travel & expenses, prospect pipeline, client communications and expectation setting) to drive efficacy.
