• Developed, designed and executed ethos and themes, branding, copy and unique artistic direction of HRAFF’s 2022 Festival, successfully increasing diversity in storytelling within the festival context.
• Developed and executed impact strategy, curated full arts and film program, panelists and community organisation partners.
• Development of marketing strategy aligned with creative direction. Inclusive of dates, ticketing model, content capturing and scheduling.
• Managed stakeholders and ongoing relationships with HRAFF
sponsors, partners, and board.
• Co-ordinated with 7 venues across Melbourne, developing runsheets and technical specifications.
• Curated and personally supported relationships and the successful performances of 27 artists and 25 panelists, in direct response to the issues and content featured throughout the program.
• Spearheaded conversations in informing safe workplace and cultural practice, increased awareness of inclusion and diversity, and infused trauma-informed practice within the program and curation.
• Illustrated strong analytical skills negotiating contracts and advanced competency in administering invoices, schedules, and post-event feedback and communications.
