* Act as a senior coordinator representing UNICEF in public information/relations events and key meetings to discuss programming issues, policy dialogue, and progress reporting.
* Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of emergency response initiatives through participation in critical meetings and events.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors/partners, maintaining credibility and securing support for programs and projects.
* Facilitate real-time data sharing with the Geneva Crisis Coordination Cell Manager and the Regional Office in Geneva.
* Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government institutions, national stakeholders, and global allies/donors/academia to advocate for UNICEF's goals.
* Support resource mobilization efforts and coordinate with the UN system for effective refugee response coordination.
* Strengthen the capacities of key counterparts through knowledge sharing, leadership in coordination efforts, and capacity-building initiatives.
* Develop gender-sensitive emergency preparedness and response plans addressing the specific needs of vulnerable children and women.
* Support the development and implementation of child protection standards in reception and transit centers, collaborating closely with UNHCR, other partners, and the host government.

Impact Content is a new set of investment cases and Accelerator Propositions for the private sector, describing how Business, Key Influencers, and other audiences can create sustainable impact for children through partnership with UNICEF. More specifically, the role aims at:
1. Development of Impact Content for climate change, health systems strengthening and quality learning through a regional perspective, including the development of Accelerator propositions that bring game-changing results for children in the region. 2. Bespoke Support for High Priority Partnerships, using Accelerator propositions to engage a prioritized list of corporate and philanthropic partnerships in the region, including by leveraging public-private partnerships initiatives and innovative finance.
3. Capacity Building with UNICEF Country Offices through the implementation of Impact Content methodology, to provide training and specific capacity building initiatives in the region to Country Offices to support their local investment cases and partnerships. The impact of the above results will result in a high volume of strategic propositions to the private sector, balancing both the needs of UNICEF programming and the potential for engagement and resources from the private sector. This large volume of propositions will enable Private Sector partnership colleagues to pitch strategically, and negotiate partnerships that bring high results for children, both in resources terms and in the impact on children globally.
