Post-acquisition I continued my key responsibilities while working with the Executive leadership team to strategize on the rebranding and the new go-to-market strategy. I also lead the integration into Yardi’s flagship product. Worked directly with the Executive leadership team and led/executed multiple strategic initiatives (Vision, Metrics, Business Model, Org alignments) across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to help accelerate Kube's growth internationally. Led a team of analysts, engineers, and designers to bring our product to fruition. Key responsibilities included: problem discovery and definition, setting goals and measuring success, end-to-end product plans and roadmap, stakeholder engagement, and release management across 10 teams.
