Dec. 2017 - Feb. 2020Mountain View, California-Executed formative research to explore new formats across organizations, that included compiling a strategic research synthesis, conducting 4 concept and usability rounds, representing research in a design sprint, that all lead to successful launch for all formats that my research evaluated, supporting multiple company wide initiatives. -Led the organizations first international summative research to evaluate the product prior to launch, coordinating with a vendor to identify the best features to launch next, which underlined the importance of localizing a product and was highlighted in 103 publications locally and internationally. -Directed the evolution of 25+ existing products as the UXR lead for Shopping Ads to ensure gaps are addressed, decreased inefficiencies through proactive research sharing with new PM and UX, and represented UXR in the new SVP of Ads Review. -Led the qualitative research that was read by Vestager, the European Commissioner, and was the product she mentioned public satisfaction for after the research was conducted. -Conducted qualitative research that influenced the progress and guided the shape of one of Google Shopping's Ads formats that significantly increased purchase conversions, swipes and clicks. This product represents ~30% of ads on Google Search with shopping specific searches
