During this period, SanoPass scaled from under €20K MRR in early 2021 to over €170K MRR by the end of 2022, expanding its corporate wellness and fitness network and strengthening its market position in preventive healthcare.
The company was successfully acquired by MedLife, Romania’s leading private healthcare group, in a landmark transaction that marked one of the most significant exits in the local digital health ecosystem. Today, SanoPass is fully integrated within MedLife’s corporate offering, continuing its mission to make wellbeing and fitness accessible at scale.

Though the project was never taken to its full potential, it became a valuable entrepreneurial experiment that shaped much of my later work.
Many of its insights evolved into what is now Nagomi Experience, while the journey itself taught me one of the most important lessons in entrepreneurship: timing and market validation are as crucial as vision and execution.
