- Work on third party agreements for the online promotion of the tournament (YouTube, Google, Microsoft, ABC, Unience: total of 1.5 million euro in agreements) • Promotions: Development and implementation of strategic plans to sell tickets using online, SMS and street marketing. (Warner Bros, Parque Warner, Damm, Sony Ericsson, Ambilamp, Teatro Kapital, WTA, FMT, Universidades, Metro Madrid, Punto de Set, Mujer de Hoy etc.) • CRM: Implementation of a 360º CRM plan
- Planning and design of mailings to data base.
- Acquisition of new users from social networks (Facebook, Twitter: +20000 new users) • High-Tech positioning: Search and present actions of new technologies in the tournament (X-Box, Surface, IE8, Me-on-TV, U-Stream etc) • Sponsorship activation: Work with sponsors and collaborators to maximize their investments (WTA, ATP, Schweppes, Damm, Compeed, Ricoh, Rolex, Metro, Lavinia, Mutua Madrileña etc.) • Tennistainment: Implementation of social activities non tennis related (agreement with Spain’s largest music artists Pablo Alboran, El Pescao, Nena Daconte etc. to perform in the stadium; set up of the FanZone, activities in the tennis garden, Virtual Tournament in association with Sony Playstation). • Customer Services: Selection, training and management of all customer services.
