Maintains adequate staffing levels within overall budget constraints. Provides staff with professional development, coaching, and performance appraisals with supervisor support. Responsible for compliance with corporate departmental policies, procedures, and standards (including design and coding standards). Responsible for reviewing group expenses and managing within resource limitations to achieve business goals agreed upon with the Lottery/Account Team. As part of the LAC Region Project Management team, he provides support and supervision in other offices in the region such as Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and the Antilles. Use of productivity tools MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, Clarity, JIRA.
