I was a part of the rollout project for from sept 2016 to April 2018 making sure our retail colleagues have prepared for and gotten started in the solution using agreed and developed implementation process over 20 + weeks per country. Prior to implementation I also worked with the development and preparations of the new global Product Lifecycle Mangement solution for Food in IKEA and the implementation approach together my colleagues in our CM and Project Team. Infor are supplying us with the foundation and we have together built iFood for IKEA Food.
