- Managing the Servers division by supervising a team of approx. 20 professionals. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and continuously coaching FOH servers to deliver the best possible results up to the restaurant's and franchise mother company's standards, efficiently.
- Providing digital marketing and sales consultation, by working closely with the head office on sales and marketing strategies, designing e-marketing campaigns, and creating promotional digital content efficiently, taking advantage of any available resources at hand.
- Co-ordinating the training of 270 employees through Flow Hospitality platform, by assigning and coaching 12 training managers and continuously auditing and reporting about the staff's training status with the head office.
- Supervising the IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrade, working closely with the restaurant's IT support companies to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of Aloha POS platform and terminals.
