Serving as an internal innovation consultant, I collaborate with operational departments and worksites to deliver tailored solutions for their challenges, leveraging open innovation programs to integrate cutting-edge technologies, services, and products, thus ensuring the company's readiness for tomorrow, aligned with UN SDGs and CSR principles. With a robust operational background spanning Europe, Latin America, and Africa within the construction industry, I have honed problem-solving, negotiation, and adaptability skills in diverse cultural contexts. Complementing this experience, I pursued a Master in Business Administration and Management at IE Business School, Madrid, and further enhanced my expertise with a focus on Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing at LSE, London.
