Developed PFDs, P&IDs, cause and effect diagrams, line tables, and equipment and instrument data sheets. Completed feasibility study and 30% cost estimate for the addition of a 240,000 BPD oil refining capacity to an existing Conoco Phillips/Petronas facility in Malaysia. Developed process schematics, PFDs, process descriptions, utility summaries, and equipment lists for 11 individual units within the refinery. Worked with ChemCAD simulations to confirm equipment sizing and utility requirements.
