• Project managed each site as a startup from budget, seat setup, system implementation, staff recruiting, training, live data, campaign setup, team management handover and ongoing support.
• Managed 1200 call centre seats with call centre managers, campaign managers, team leaders and success coaches.
• Managed the direct and indirect sales and marketing of telecoms, retail, energy, healthcare, insurance and financial service products – the process included targeting products, identifying client needs, negotiating and closing deals as well as regulatory accountability and business alignment as a key individual.
• Managed team dynamics with a concise understanding of the KPI requirements in relation to client centric deliverables.
• Drove a consultative process to achieve a new culture of working within all business units, ensuring operational effectiveness to meet clients’ expectations.
