• Executed a financial turnaround post pandemic bringing the company to profitability and exceeding revenue goals.
• Rebuilt internal operations, Marketing, Member Success, HR, and Engineering teams to plan, launch and build a new product from scratch post pandemic to modernize our tech stack and product to properly compete resulting in a 35% increase in market share.
• Raised over 2 million to further fund growth into 2022 and beyond.
• Managed Product and Engineering teams to rebuild codebase from scratch to modernize our payment processing, fraud prevention and launched a full re-write of the website resulting in 500+% increase in paying customers.
• Identified over 200k/month in fraudulent activity and solved by rebuilding our member success team and launching an effective fraud prevention department now used as a teaching example at Stripe.
• Launched new partnerships with Shark Tank, Target, Disney, Walmart, Bed Bath, and over 100 e-commerce brands to diversify our revenue streams to create a more sustainable business model. Team Accomplishments:
