May. 2014 - Nov. 2016In this position I worked as contracts manager for the Airbus Flight Hour Services team which provides customised outsourcing solutions for component supply, maintenance and Total Support Packages (TSP) for many large Airline customers of the full range of Airbus aircraft. My day to day duties included reviewing agreements between the customer and Airbus, inputting said agreements onto our internal systems, liaising with our team in Toulouse to ensure smooth ramp-up of services, managing the invoicing and receipt of funds from the customer and reporting to management on any issues that may arise. I was also heavily involved in the recent spare-parts financing for the Flight Hour Services programme (http://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/adnl-signs-spare-parts-financing-deal-with-airbus-406954/). For a period of time, I also helped to manage a portfolio of helicopters for companies in the Airbus Group.
