Whenwhyhow is pioneering a new field of AI/ML for customer service (not related with NLP) to help to add personalization and #digitalempathy to improve loyalty/retention/NPS especially in high interactions verticals as Banking/Fintech/insurance and travel. Accelerated by BBVA Fintech, F10 & Telefonica Open Ventures accelerators. We aim to bring empathy/personalisation to the digital space helping banks, insurance companies, airlines, retail brands, telcos to improve their customer-mindset knowledge & customer engagement and CLTV and providing new pure digital players as #Neobanks and #Insurtech the customer-mindset insights acquisition capabilities and empathy generation till now only feasible for companies with in-person based customer service.
